Welcome to our Work Tents website

Work Tent

We have a new designed innovation which can be used in a number of different scenarios, from a single modular construction to a continuous multi-modular working section.

Our work tents are designed to be used in conjunction with the Heras type temporary perimeter fencing systems. Most of, if not all of the construction industry has access to the Heras type fencing, which should already be in operation for site protection.

We thought it would be a good idea to expand the use of this fencing and design an enclosure, enabling the work force to continue with their work in a safe working environment. Come rain or shine, our work tents will allow you to have a contained dry area in which to work in and could help to assist on any immediate pollution to the environment in any job situation.

The work tent also provides a dry environment when its raining. Our British weather is changing to a wet climate, so this system could prove to be very inexpensive when the adverse weather is having an efect on your production or schedule targets, especially when penalty clauses are involved.

The standard work tent kit allows a 3.5m x 3.5m enclosure with an apex roof section constructed of galvanised steel tubing with a strong durable tarpaulin roof canopy, two side tarpaulins and two gable end tarpaulin sections, one has a zipped door feature, all of which are fire retardent and tear resistant. This system will allow you to expand further as required. A 3.5m x 7.0m enclosure only requires another work tent system and so on, the possibilities are endless, 3.5m x 10.5m, 3.5m x 14m, 3.5m x 17.5m, etc. Bespoke widths can also be supplied up to 6m wide.

Two tents

So if you have brickwork or groundwork to do or it’s raining again, simply put up the tent and off you go no lost production of loss of earnings. This system has endless uses for example, having a fully contained wet or dry cutting area for use on off site situations. A fully enclosed mixing up area, thus not allowing any cement or lime dust pollution to drift near the general public or the environment.

Contained dry working areas for bricklayers or ground workers i.e. building or brickwork, footing works, concreting, road or brick weave laying, pipe connections, building manholes and inspection chambers. The work tents could also be used for dry storage of materials on site, keeping wood, plasterboards, sand and cement dry, etc. The possibilities are endless, nearly everybody in the construction industry could have a use for this system.

The work tent systems are very versatile, easy to install (15 minutes with two men) and very cost effective. The tent costs soon outweigh the loss of production and man hours to keep you on schedule. You have the potentioal added bonus of saving money in the future, as you’ll already have the durable work tent for years to come. Extras and spare parts are also available to purchase.
